c. Manuals and Accessories: Include any accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories that came with the product in the return package.
d. Condition of the Product: The product should be returned in its original condition, unless the return is due to a defect or damage during shipping. Please provide a photo of the product to our customer service team.

Please be aware that returns due to a change of mind will incur shipping fees, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS

a. Upon receiving the product, our team will carefully inspect it for defects, damages, and missing accessories. If the product is found to be in clear and undamaged condition, the refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of our team’s receipt of the item. b. Our team will carefully review the provided video and photo to confirm the damages. Once the damage is confirmed, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
